relevant property at that moment. However, prices may be revised due to
exchange rate fluctuations, market conditions, updates by the property
owner, project management decisions, or changes in official transaction
costs. The price, installment example, down payment amount, and payment plan
shown on the campaign page are for informational purposes only. The final
payment schedule is prepared specifically for the buyer during the sales
approval stage and becomes final with the official contract.
3. Payment Plan
The 25% down payment represents the initial amount received to officially
confirm the intention to purchase. The remaining amount may be divided into
interest-free installments for up to 15 months only for eligible properties
included in the campaign and for transactions that receive sales approval.
The payment plan may vary depending on the nature of the property, whether
the purchase is for personal use or investment, the buyer's preferred

status, social amenities, and location descriptions is based on data
obtained from the listing owner, project authorities, or existing portfolio

transaction expenses, notary fees, translation fees, subscription
